Cancellation & Responsibility Policy

• CollabKit provides tools for discovery and coordination
• We do not participate in the rental agreement or service delivery
• We are not a payment intermediary and do not hold funds

We provide the infrastructure; the service is direct between you and the studio.

• A booking request is created when a creator submits a request
• A booking is confirmed only when a studio accepts it on CollabKit
• Once accepted, the booking is considered confirmed

• Cancellation policies are set directly by the studio
• Creators should coordinate rescheduling or refunds directly with the studio
• CollabKit does not process refunds or enforce cancellation fees

Creators are encouraged to review studio rules before requesting a booking.

• Studios are solely responsible for their space, equipment, and services
• Creators are responsible for conduct, payments, and adhering to studio rules
• CollabKit is not a party to any dispute regarding quality, refunds, or damages
