We are not a party to bookings or payments.

Studio responsibilities

Studios are responsible for:

• Providing accurate listing information
• Honoring confirmed bookings
• Handling payments, invoices, and taxes directly with creators

Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking details
• Following studio rules and policies
• Making payments as agreed with the studio

Platform limitations

• CollabKit does not guarantee bookings
• We do not verify creator behavior beyond basic checks
• We are not liable for disputes between studios and creators

Account access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Termination

We may suspend or remove listings or accounts that violate these terms.
