How payments work
CollabKit provides the software to manage bookings, but the actual transaction happens directly between you.
- Creators pay studios directly after booking is accepted
- CollabKit does not collect, hold, or process payments
- Studios share their preferred payment method
Result: Faster bookings with no payment-related disputes.
What we don't handle
CollabKit focuses on discovery and booking. Payment responsibility remains between creator and studio.
- No escrow or fund holding
- No split settlements
- No percentage-based commission
- No refunds or chargebacks
